Our services include but are not limited to concrete driveways, patios, foundations, decorative concrete, and related concrete work. Quotes and Estimates
All quotes and estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final costs may vary if site conditions differ from initial observations or if you request changes to the project scope. We will notify you of any significant cost changes before proceeding with additional work. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your project contract. Typically, we require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon project completion. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as outlined in your contract.
Project Timeline and Delays
We strive to complete all projects within the estimated timeframe. However, timelines may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, or unforeseen site conditions. We will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimize disruption to your schedule. LWG Lake Oswego Concrete is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind the quality of our work. Warranty terms will be specified in your project contract and typically cover defects in workmanship for a specified period. Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, extreme weather events, or modifications made by others. Any warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made before work begins may result in the forfeiture of your deposit if materials have been ordered or scheduling arrangements have been made. Cancellations after work has started will be billed for work completed and materials used.
Property Access and Preparation
You are responsible for providing clear access to the work area and ensuring that any necessary permits have been obtained. You agree to remove or protect any personal property in the work area. We will make reasonable efforts to protect your property during the project, but we are not responsible for damage to items left in the work area.
Limitation of Liability
LWG Lake Oswego Concrete will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
